Ingredients
Prime chicken meat, daal chana, ginger, garlic, onion, green chilies, cumin seeds, egg, and ethnic spices.
Cooking Instructions
Keep Frozen. Do not thaw before cooking.
Dip the Shami kababs in a well-beaten egg and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until done, turning occasionally in a preheated oiled pan. (Applying egg is optional)
