Refund policy

  • Our return and exchange policies caters only for the following:
  1. Any Product delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  2. Any Product delivered is out of date or expired.
  3. Any Product delivered is different from the Order that was placed.
  • At the time of delivery, you are requested to check your order thoroughly. In case you find the products not fresh and up to the mark you may return the product to our delivery guy.
  • Opening the cardboard box is ok, however, opening any of the inner sleeves or plastic bags inside the case, unfortunately, makes the product unsellable. As you can imagine our products are carefully packaged and sealed in food-safe sleeves and bags and then carefully packaged in cardboard boxes for additional protection. So if you have opened a sleeve or bag inside the case, unfortunately, we cannot resell the product. If the returned product appears opened after inspection, then we cannot return/exchange.
  • Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions. We do not refund products due to health and hygiene reasons (such as Fresh/Chilled and Frozen products).
  • Promotional items are not subject to any exchange.
  • In case of any complaints/feedback regarding the product you may call Customer Services department on (03158973275).
  • Our complaint resolution time is within 5 working days. This may vary depending on the nature of complaint and solving the complaint.
